CPanel's login time is really long. I've never had a problem unless I clear my cookies or close my browser.

Make sure that you are using the correct host name. It's http://yoursite.com:21 or http://ftp.yoursite.com:21

Please make sure you log into the forum at least once every two weeks. Stay logged in for a few minutes so that the system can register you. If you do get suspended, make sure you do the above before requesting unsuspension.

Try clearing your cookies and cache. CPanel uses cookies to register logins.
