    Absolutely, we have full backups from just before the servers was taken down. From our perspective the easiest course of action is simply to redo the transfer using said backups. Have you made any changes from within the DA interface that you need to keep?

    The new IP for the server is: 198.91.81.14 absolutely needed to be updated if you didn't already as otherwise the pointer will not work if you used any other DNS service then our own. Can you try logging in now?
