It should be good as is. There were a good number of users with this sort of mystery mail problem. I haven't found a solution for it yet. I usually recommend changing your mail to another host, like Google Apps.

Every time I've setup a new domain, I've used the nameserver option instead of CNAME. It's much easier to setup. ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com
