    The x10Hosting Basic control panel is probably showing this because you made your original account with cPanel x3. As the self-switcher is broken, I've forcefully changed your cPanel theme from the backend to x3. Thank you

    That is likely our x10Hosting Basic control panel, which is cPanel with a simplified style. Would you like me to switch your account to the standard cPanel x3 theme?

    Yes, there was an issue with our mail server that caused emails to fail to send. This was resolved a couple of hours ago :)
