Yes, it is possible and allowed. You will however not be able to have the premium domain as your main domain, you'd have to add it either as an parked domain (alias of the main domain) or addon domain (separate from the main domain).

As outlined in our ToS, keeping and maintaining backups is your responsibility. Also ToS clearly states that upon suspension all rights to the account, which includes backups, is forfeited. No exceptions will be made to this.

I'll point the man in charge to this thread, in general though there would need to be a general interest among the userbase to have any additional extensions installed, and of course it has to work well together with what already is installed, so there's no guarantee it would be installed.
