Excisting accounts will be allowed to live as long as they follow tos. Only exception to that is ifthere's a us sanction against the blacklisted country making it illegal for us to keep the account up

This may be related to an issue posted in another thread, normally the password would change for both account portal and cpanel to be the same. Admins are looking into that issue if it would turn out to be related it should be sorted in a fairly quick manner I hope. You might have to logout...
