Sorry, we're only providing backups to people who have lost their files across the migrations - we generally don't normally provide backups on free hosting. Why exactly do you need to revert the website?

As soon as they have time over the many other things that are currently being worked on. Changing the memory limit in PHP is a fairly low priority task.
