I checked Vox's SSL certificate and it looks perfectly normal. The expiry date is fine, and the issuer is AlphaSSL - what exactly is the problem reported with the SSL certificate?
A screenshot of the report/warning would be ideal.
We measure the amount of disk space people use and not the number of files you have. The limit starts at 1GB, but you can request unlimited space later.
Hi ccmusicx,
What exactly do you see when you click the install software button? Have you tried using the cPanel x 3 theme in the top right corner of cPanel? :)
Thank you
Hello,
What @essellar said does appear to be the case. Comcast, your Internet Service Provider, has blocked all connections to the server "Vox". Comcast's decisions are out of x10Hosting's control, but hopefully Comcast will resolve this.
Thank you,
Hi @cccc2009
It looks like this was an issue on our end, where your website was pointing to an old server. I've now changed this, but it may take up to 24 hours to take affect due to DNS propagation.
If you are still having issues after 24 hours, please let us know.
@descalzo Thanks for that :)
Hello lotrox10,
Please could you ensure that there are no proxies, firewalls or routers in place of your connection that could be blocking port 2083. Many workplaces and schools do this.
Thank you
Hi Don,

I've put up a quick message on the status blog explaining the issue slightly, though sorry I could not provide any more information on the matter.
This is one of the problems with free hosting. Free hosting should not be considered a "free trial" of the premium services, due to how incredibly...
Hi brysonte,
Please see our wiki article at http://x10hosting.com/wiki/Domain
In short, you need to add the nameservers ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, and then add it in your cPanel as a parked or addon domain.
Thank you,
Your forum account is properly linked, so you do not need to worry about this. However, in order to avoid inactivity suspensions, you must login to your account control panel, not the forums. This was changed a long time ago. :)
What @bdistler said, however, is true - this matter is completely...
Hi mac173,
x10Hosting do not and will not offered a notice like that. Logging into both Vox's cPanel and Absolut's cPanel I can see no such notice appearing, suggesting it may be something installed on your computer causing this to happen. Obviously cPanel does not include any malware either...
