There is no reset button available, only way to completely restore all things as they were is we terminate the account and you sign up for a new one.

A first step would be checking with your ISP if they allow outbound port 25 for any other mail servers then their own, it is not uncommon that they restrict usage to their own mail servers. If they do, they may have a relay server you can use to send from the x10 email address, they offer this...

Should be sorted now, let us know if you still get any trouble adding it as your main domain. The issue was the sync between cpanel and account panel failed, so while it was properly removed from cpanel, the account panel didn't get the updated information.

Resource limit ONLY cares about CPU usage, not bandwidth. While the traffic indirectly would affect this, more traffic means more page loads (executions) which means more CPU usage, traffic does have a very small impact over all. Were you doing anything special right before the resource limit...

That would then be a propagation issue, it can take as much as 72 hours for domains to be fully working after any changes were made to them, such as setting new name severs, updating the IP they point to etc.
