As the suspension reason says, the suspension is permanent. This means all access to the account is permanently revoked.

Your account does not show as being suspended right now, nor does it show any suspension history. Do you by any chance have a second account that is linked with a different forum account?

Please try clearing your browser cache. I get to your site just fine. That default page often sticks in cache and would have appeared if you tried browsing to the domain before it was fully setup.
