The cPanel File Manager is designed for fairly small uploads of individual files. If you wish to upload groups of files, I highly recommend you use FTP.

Once you have logged into your cPanel, you should see on the left hand side a panel named 'cPanel Stats'. In here there are various statistics related to your site - one of them is 'Monthly Bandwidth Usage'.
I spoke to you on the IRC - it appears that you were suspended for inactivity but I don't seem to be able to unsuspend you.

In the cPanel Stats, you are told that you have a maximum of six databases. This is incorrect - actually you should have three databases. This is because that cPanel is counting PostgreSQL databases aswell, which is making the cPanel Stats incorrect. Each user on x10Hosting has 3 databases.
