All accounts on x10Hosting have unmetered diskspace unless they are on the High Risk country list (500MB) so any space issues is likely something that is happening to everyone on your server. If you are referring to the disk space error that might appearif you attempt login to cPanel, then it is...

For the coordino you should delete or rename the file named 'index.html'. This is the default welcome page and it is overriding the correct index.php which is causing problems. For the elgg, could you tell us what error you are getting and be more specific?
