If you are referring to the welcome page, then please login to your File Manager or FTP and go into /public_html/. Delete or rename the file named index.html.
To reset your password please do the following. Go to the Account Information Panel at https://x10hosting.com/control/ and click on the 'I forgot my password' link, which is next to the 'Sign in to your account' button.
If you have tried clearing your cache & flushing your DNS then this might be due to ISP caching.
ISP caching is out of your control and usually clears up within 24 hours, so please wait until then. :)

You can find out SMTP settings for an email address you have created on x10 by following these instructions:
1. Login to your cPanel.
2. Click on the 'Email Accounts' button.
3. In the table next to your chosen email address, click the 'More' button.
4. From the dropdown choose 'Configure Email...
