    Just a question.

    They are server statistics. Jackmunch is a server similar to Chopin, Boru, Stoli, etc except he does not host any free hosting accounts. Jackmunch hosts the entire account database, the Account Information Panel, and I think he hosts the main x10Hosting website itself.
