You can't retrieve it. Suspension reason is mass e-mail script, which is a zero tolerance violation of the TOS. Suspension is permanent.

By the look of that error, you entered the wrong password. Note that you need to use the username/password combination you have for cPanel, which may differ from what you have for the forums. You could also try updating the password through the account panel, which would update it for all...

I have sorted this now. I'd recommend that you update the password, there was something odd about how it was stored on the server, which likely is the reason behind unsuspension failing.

For our free hosting, we do have some customization to the sign-ups, and all sign-ups are processed through a "system queue". Sometimes there's a lot users signing up at the same time which does cause a little delay as they are processed in order of arrival to the queue. Normal creation times...

User name can not be changed. Note that you hosting (cPanel) username does differ from your forum user name. You can see the details regarding your hosting account in the account panel (https://x10hosting.com/control), just log in there using the same credentials as here at the forums.
