Hello, Your text files should now be 0777 (those that were previously 0000). You were set as owner for those files so there's no reason why you could not change them, other then possibly that the fact 0000 basically means no one has write access to them.

Restores of accounts from Fris is still ongoing. Accounts are currently restored to Chopin and Boru. Once Stoli and Starka is fully online and setup, we will start putting accounts from Fris onto those as well.

Starka will be taken down in the next hour for hardware upgrade and formatting. Once it is back up installs and configuration will take place. We hope to be able to start doing restores tonight.

Stoli ran into issues and had to get its chassis swapped. It is currently online and cPanel is being installed. Once cPanel is installed we will configure it with our setup, and after that we can start doing restores of the accounts. Restores can hopefully start sometime tonight.

Hello, On both your domains (melissa.elementfx.com and lavadia.com) I see the same text "This site is made of awesome!". For your sub domain (mel.lavadia.com) I get page not found, you may need to re-add that one in cPanel and properly point it to the folder you wish to use for that domain.
