Hello, seem like your account does not exist on stoli, which unfortunately mean that files are lost, but databases might be retrievable as they would be on the remote mysql server. We can create a new account with the same details and check if the database(s) are retrievable.

The old account were terminated after being in a suspsended state for more then 10 days. You would have noticed this by visiting your site where there would have been a suspended page showing. If you find our service so poor, then why do you want a new account?

Yes, it is confirmed that the account was not properly transferred onto the new Chopin server. I will take care of it as soon as it is possible, though that would probably be after the hardware upgrades are completed, don't want to have the equipment turned off in the middle of transfer.

It is not uncommon, especially if there's many signing up around the same time. Have you been able to confirm your e-mail address? Accounts are not created until e-mail is confirmed.

It is clearly stated in the TOS you did agree to during sign-up. as vishal2 says, it is a zero tolerance offense and your account will be permanently suspended pending termination.

Right now there's a lot changes going on, which could be causing this. However if you haven't been around for a while it may be terminated. To find out for sure we need to know your cPanel name.
