Hello, If you have been away for a long period of time, it is likely that your previous account was terminated due to inactivity. If that is the case you can sign up for a new one. If you want to find out for sure, please provide your cPanel name and we can check it out.

Your account is currently not suspended, and when I view your site I do not get a suspended page. I see a sorry we're currently down page, with a link to another site. We can terminate the account so you can sign up for a new one, there's no way of saying which server you'll end up on though...

Hello, Suspension for nulled scripts is a zero tolerance offense, which means your account is permanently suspended. Nulled scripts is basically the web version of warez/cracked software. Scripts that has been altered to bypass license checking.

looks to me as your account is active. It does sometimes take a while depending on how many others signed up at the same time, all requests are placed in a queue and created one at a time.

I think I know the cause. We're still getting reports of missing accounts on chopin, I have just re-transferred a couple of them, this might be the reason it shows up. If so it should be back to normal again soon. I have also asked an admin to take a look just in case it is caused by something...
