We have a zero tolerance policy against warez and such, due to this your account can not be unsuspended

A suspended account means access to cPanel is blocked, along with ftp, mail and web access.

I checked the log, and I'm not sure if that is the cause. According to log there was more then one file involved in what lead up to suspension.
The main reason would be there was more then 20 concurrent processes. If it happens again it probably is something that would require a little more...
Phishing is a serious breach of TOS as that would count as illegal content, I will move your thread to ticket area for an administrator to deal with it.
Note though that normally we do not unsuspend accounts with such serious breach of TOS.
What is the cPanel nick of the account that doesn't work, it might be lingering around, just not connected to your forum account, as there's none attached to it.
You can unsuspend your self through account panel. You then have 4 hours to change the settings of cron.
The interval between any given cron run must be a minimum of 5 minutes.
If you have more then 1 cron, make sure they are not run on the same hour/minute

Don't recall exactly where I found out about it, but I was searching on google and found some page with a search engine on dedicated to finding hosting sites depending on what features you wanted, they also had reviews. I did look around on more then one such page though.
