As per TOS you can only have one hosting account. However you can host more then one site in one account (you'll need to get additional domains from a third party provider though). Each account allows for 3 add on domains, which resides in separate (sub)folders and essentially acts as separate...

Probably should have mentioned I paid through PayPal, which automatically set it up as a monthly subscription. The verification refers to me being a verified PayPal user. However to get a full and detailed answer to how you can get verified you are probably better of asking PayPals support.

Site has been suspended and is no longer available.

The only record I found of an account with the name elec1cel was a termination report. The account were terminated on July 21st after being in a suspended state for more then 10 days.
