true, if the OP were referring to phpmyadmin. From what I gathered from his post it was the server it self he had issues connecting to, and there's nothing known that would prevent him from accessing site or cpanel.

There's no hosting account linked to the forum account pino262. What is your cPanel name? Note that if you were inactive from the forums for more then 24 days your account is likely to be terminated.
