This is most likely temporary server load on Boru and should resolve itself soon. Premium hosting is completely different from free as there are fewer users and since its paid, less abuse, and therefore faster.

Your account cannot be unsuspended and you will not get any backups as Zubair states, this falls under Zero Tolerance. You agreed to the TOS when you signed up.

Private SSL requires a dedicated IP, which isn't possible on free hosting, but is on premium, which is what I'm guessing is the reason why SSL/TLS Manager isn't available for free.

Go to cPanel File Manager. Select your public_html folder and compress it (in the toolbar). Download the compressed file. This is your files backup. Go to phpMyAdmin in cPanel. Select the appropriate database. Then click on the Export tab. Scroll down and choose save as file --> Go...
