Also, is the WordPress theme you're using requiring you to have all those sponsored links in the footer? Personally, I never use themes with sponsored...
I've seen many threads about frequent suspensions on the Chopin server. I believe the CPU limits may have been temporarily changed while they tweak things (http://status.x10hosting.com/).
What script/CMS are you running on your site? Make sure the crons don't go off within 5 minutes of each other.

Did you upload any other script with it?

Also, did you enter the correct information including giving the database user ALL PRIVILEGES from inside cPanel? The database name and user should be in the format cpanelusername_user/db name
