Are you using the correct login details? Your username for cPanel is not the same as your username for account panel and forums.

There is no cPanel username as ibgs89 nor do you have an account linked to your forum account. We do not delete forums accounts.

I have unsuspended your account. You can unsuspend yourself through that same page by clicking a button on the bottom that says Unsuspend Account. Go to Hosting --> Open Actions to view the status of this.

Try going to cPanel --> MySQL Databases. Drop the user from the database, but don't delete it. Then add the user back giving it ALL PRIVILEGES. Your blog seems to be working fine now. Might have been a temporary MySQL error.

Usually just a temporary MySQL server error and usually resolves itself instantly. Try refreshing the page or closing the tab and try again in a new tab. Your site loads fine right now.

You will have to upload the files into cPanel File Manager. You can upload a gzip or zip and then extract all the files. If you made a full backup at the other host, you need to decompress it and recompress only the files. Then use phpMyAdmin to Import the database.

You are using Joomla. Are you running any plugins/mods on your website? Some plugins, especially caching plugins, may cause high resource usage on free hosting.
