What was your unsuspension reason? You can check this in your Account Panel. If its anything under the zero tolerance policy, your account will not be unsuspended.

Yes, this is because of server move. Part of your site may have been transferred and another part may still be transferring so there will be some errors. Problems will resolve itself when the server is finished transferring/upgrading which should be sometime this week.

Yes, it is probably connected to server migration with redirections to the cPanel success page. The DNS probably points to the new server while files are on the old and when connecting to the new server, there are no files there yet, so it would show the default Apache/cPanel page.

The error is exactly what it says. Your password cannot contain the username. Cancel the signup attempt in your Account Panel and try to sign up again.

That is a temporary system error due to server migrations and should resolve itself when everything is done. My only suggestion would be keep trying.
