My suggestion would be to try again. Do you get the same error message about the password or do you get a message about a "Server error"? Please cancel the sign up attempt and try signing up again. Canceling completely and starting over seems to work for most people.

What do you mean you are max2474? Did you already sign up for that username? If you signed up already, why are you trying to sign up again? If you didn't, someone else is using that username and you need to choose another one.

The new servers are not done with all configuration yet and probably don't have the ionCube PHP Loader installed yet. Please be patient and wait until the servers are all done with upgrades. Meanwhile, you can always try installing the script/app manually.

Corey mentions that the server is done however there are still lots of configuration left to do such as for the Apache service.

Check to see if the subdomain is listed in cPanel. Then check the Simple DNS Editor to see if the subdomain 'forum' has an A record pointing to x10hosting's IP address. I get a server not found when I try to visit your subdomain. There doesn't appear to be an IP DNS assigned to the subdomain.

As Corey stated in his final post, there are still lots of configuration left to do on all the servers therefore, this might be the final speed.

From the x10 TOS: Users are not permitted to have multiple free hosting accounts. Creating a new account isn't going to speed anything up. As you can probably tell from all the support threads relating to sign up errors, the server transfers are causing problems signing up also.

Try canceling the attempt and sign up again remembering that your password cannot contain your username in it.
