Yes, you can upload a large zip file (or gzip) through cPanel File Manager and extract everything right from the file manager. You need to use the regular file manager for this, not the Legacy File Manager.

There is no ETA because of the number of accounts there are, variations in disk space usage size of each account, etc...

Yep, I am able to see all the Chinese text inside the navigation buttons. :) Interesting website although I recommend not having the entire page a large image and a navigation menu. Awesome and creative index page design by the way. :D
