Ya, my site might be giving load on server, but how to avoid that load???

Hi there, I have a blog @ www.technology-updates.co.cc which is hosted on lotus (x10hosting's free server). I am using Wordpress as a blogging platform, My account gets suspended when ever i try to post. Even today i got suspended two times. I am also using XML-Sitemaps plugin. How to solve this...

Thank you Vishal, can any one help me out :( I am getting trouble with posting as well, today i got suspended two times immediately after posting the last two posts. Its so annoying to get suspended everytime i post. :(

http://www.technology-updates.co.cc Hi guys, check this out and please comment. I wanted to say that when ever i use WP-ROBOT, my x10hosting's free account gets suspended. :( Any suggestions to avoid it? XML-Sitemap plugin also consumes server's memory and resources, please advise me the ways...

Error establishing a database connection Its been 4 days em facing this error. When it will get fixed? I heard that x10hosting is currently upgrading its mysql. When will this upgrade be completed? Em on Lotus server. I have even changed DB_HOST to localhost in config.php but still this problem...
