I found your IP to be blocked in the firewall due to failed login attempts in DirectAdmin. I have unblocked your IP.

DirectAdmin is installed on the server to help you manage your website, so technically it is not installed on your site but rather that your site is installed in the directadmin interface. phpmyadmin should however be sorted for x13 now.

Roundcube should hopefully be sorted out now, if not let me know. What are you currently using, what errors if any?

If you look in filemanager, under domains, is there a folder with a name corresponding to the domain you want to add? If there is that is what is preventing the domain from being added, the solution is to rename the folder. Once the domain is added you should be able to remove the new, empty...

Ok, then the reason for it to say it exists is likely that the folder for it already is in place, if you'd just rename that to have an extra letter you should be able to add the domain properly. If that still fails, let me know the domain and I'll investigate further.

Do you change by editing in directadmin, or by uploading on ftp? If the later, are you using your domain or the server as host, if the later have you updated to the new hostname? Do you have a custom domain for which you do not use our nameservers? If so you would need to update at the place...
