For free hosting, the block is indeed there on firewall level and this will not be altered for free hosting users. Premium hosting would possibly allow remote access, they have in the past. Other than that the ony option is to have a script on the account act as an API for what you need to do.

There is server side cache in place which is why you are seeing this delay. Great for sites once they are done, a bit less so during development. Dynamic pages usually see changes quicker then pages that are typically considered static (a html or css document is most often used for static contents).

You'd have to take that up with the cPanel developers, they are the ones that decided to drop support for the old x3 theme, paper lantern is their new default theme and you are all seeing that as a result of our servers having been upgdraded to the latest version of cPanel. I have so far not...

Premium hosting does not come with a country restriction (or at least it should not to my knowledge), it doesn't use the same login portal as free hosting does (this should have been in an email you got when you upgraded), so if you are going to the free login page that might explain the error...

According to logs the last login prior to today is noted on June 2nd, before that it was logged at May 27th.

There is no account linked with this forum account. However, once an account is actually removed as the screenshot in your initial post suggests, there is nothing left to access all files are removed with the hosting account

Your account is currently using just below the 50% mark and would therefor not qualify for doubling of diskspace. I did notice that you have some really big image files though, if you don't need the high resolution pictures as they come of the camera I'd suggest that you reduce them before...

You need to use the portal login at https://x10hosting.com/sso/login Going directly to cPanel won't count, and I'm guessing that is what you have been doing for file uploads as the log doesn't show any logins between may 1st and june 1st

You do not currently meet all requirements, one of the requirements is that the account is at least 7 days old.

Your account doesn't show as being suspended to me, are you still seeing a message about suspension anywhere on your account?
