You would need to go through client area for that.

make sure the page you want shown by going to the domain without specifying a file is named index.xxx (index.htm, index.html or index.php are the common ones) as that is what the server would be looking for as default page.

I've given the server a little nudge, your account should be good to go momentarily.

As long as the account is under a suspension the files are still there, but if you do not get your account unsuspended within the set time frame (21 days) the files will be permanently removed. Unsuspension can be done from the account portal.

Yes, that should work, as long as communication is done on an open port (only the most common, such as port 80 for web, would be open on free hosting), I wouldn't know how to code anything like that however :)

Free hosting actually blocks remote through firewall, only localhost database connections will work. Unfortunately I'm not sure we can tell cPanel to not show that option though since it is not going to work.

@Livewire could you take a look? @nrs3 Are you able to submit a appeal from within the account portal? If so that is the preffered way to get this handled. Free hosting don't typically have email support available at all times.

I have manually put the unsuspension through. For future reference, it is better to start your own thread then to post on someone elses, even if the issue would be the same. It's easier to miss a post at the end of something already resolved.
