Remote MySQL is not available on free hosting, as far a I know, you can only connect to the database from a script within your account.
The fact you say it previously worked is odd, as it should not have.

Can anyone of you please clarify where/if an account can be accessed outside of being accessed from within the country it was registered in?
The domain associated with your forum account would be moodle.x10.mx and not moodle.x10host.com, that would probably be why you see domain doesn't exists.
download a fresh install package for the version you have installed from wordpress and replace the file that is noted in the error (/wp-includes/class-wp-post-type.php), if you are unsure of what version to get, grab the latest and replace all files except wp-config.php, would seem as the file...

The short answer would be, you can't. Usernames are automatically created alongside with the hosting account and are based on your domain.
Technically you can create an additional forum account to use, but you'd have to go through some additional steps to link it with the hosting, the link is...
The account linked with this forum account show as unsuspended currently, and does not show any history of ever having been suspended either.
What is the domain for the account you have trouble with? Please note though that you are only allowed to have one free hosting account.
