I have no idea what content you have in your databases, using phpmyadmin you can take a look though for what content they have in them though. Just keep in mind that once you deleted one, if you don't have backups yourself, they are gone, so be sure about what you delete.

Free hosting has all support done by volunteers, on their spare time, and does actually not come with a support guarantee either. We do our best to keep up with support however. At the moment there's a much higher load of support requests coming in, which does make response times be longer then...

The domain does point to an x10 related IP, however not one of the free hosting, so would likely be present on one of the premium servers. I would not have access to remove it from any of those servers, do you have any access to clients area of premium hosting? If so it might be faster to ask...

I just did that for you, I know properly see the default records listed for your domain. It may take a couple hours, worst case up to 48 hours, until the dns has propagated and your domain is functional again.

Once our custom theme is brought back, you should be able to do that through the account portal (seem to be missing on your server right now, I'll ping an admin with proper access about that).
