There's no hosting account linked with the forum account you posted this request. If the account was in a suspended state for more then 14 days it would have been terminated, at which point nothing can be retrieved. If you give us your cPanel username we can check if that is really the case.

Far as I know it would only pose a problem on smaller screens, only times I've managed to get it to come in the way of the forums is when I have made the browser window very narrow or when I've been on a small, low resolution, screen (like a notebook for instance)

Once you made the request, the process should be really quick. The month normally starts when you pay, it is also highly likely that a staff member already saw the failed setup and opened a ticket asking you if you want a migration done, which you then would see when you log into the clients area.

Login to https://clients.x10hosting.com/clientarea.php and open a ticket requesting your existing account to be migrated over. Since you used a domain that is already in the system (already present on our name servers) the automatic account creation would have failed.

Free hosting does not have the full set of options for cPanel enabled, and is not supposed to have that either. Our premium hosting does have more options available.

I do see two databases for your account in your cPanel. You'll need to make backups of them yourself using phpmyadmin (export option), we do not provide backups.

That should not affect anything significantly, as currently cgi scripts would work on free hosting anyways.
