It is clearly stated in the TOS you did agree to during sign-up. as vishal2 says, it is a zero tolerance offense and your account will be permanently suspended pending termination.

if you login to your account panel with the same user name as you did here at the forums, you will find the option to reset the cPanel password in the right hand menu
