    That's what was happening to my MediaWiki install. X10 are probably the best free host though. I've since moved to Name.com's paid hosting and that has not had an error since. I wonder if in cPanel's stats, that when the error's are occurring the CPU usage is up.

    Doing Magento backup causes 403 Forbidden error on whole site.

    Softaculous upgrades scripts for you so this may be a workaround (though I'm making no guarantees).

    Thank you for the reply, but it's intermittent. And the MySQL status page shows as 'up' when it is not. What's causing the issue?

    Probably just a coincidence. I'm not using Cloudflare and am still having issues. Should be resolved by X10 soon.
