i got this one too. all they tell me is i'm linked to another account that was banned, which is non sense. they won't tell you anything else or go into detail about anything, except for the people who do obvious wrong. so say your site got hacked and a script was uploaded to it, you get...

this is absurd that nobody here can answer a question. anyone who clearly violates gets the reason shoved in their face and explained, others get no explanation at all. with a non-working search function it makes it hard to do anything.

Can I at least get an explanation of how the supposed accounts are linked?

Good luck. Seems for the past 2 weeks people have been getting this and no resolution or even comment from x10. Also, they will almost always tell you once a site is deleted it is gone, they don't keep backups. or let you have any even temporary access to retrieve it yourself.

And x10 seems to not reply sometimes. There are multiple threads open about this right now. All within the past couple weeks.

Looks like there are many people including myself who are having this issue in the past 2 weeks.
