Will this cPanel update fix the Account Inactivity Timer? In my cpanel on Lotus it shows that the Inactivity Counter is not working (it shows on red text) and it shows some HTTP error at the header of the cpanel. It started showing this when the Lotus server was restored. I can't check it...

I think I will create my website from scratch on another hosting service. X10hosting has had problems since I signed up in august 2008. I had an addon domain and now it's not working, even if I create it again. :happysad:

All this Lotus failure is so confusing and frustrating. I thought they'd backup the database and the files up to march 3rd, but they only restored the database. Most of my articles on Joomla used images on the www directory and now all those images are lost, it will be a big trouble to restore...

My sql database on lotus was restored but there were no users attached to it. I had to link a user to the database.

If the SQL backup would take a lot of time since there are a lot of users requesting it, it would be a good idea to upload all SQL and data up to March to our website FTP and every user would make the file restoring by themselves. That would be better than waiting for support. Is it possible? ;)
