I've not used Filezilla but my FTP program has an "Anonymous" checkbox which is UNchecked. When I check it, the username changes to "anonymous". Look in Filezilla for a similar option and uncheck it. Your username and password are the same as those for your cPanel.

I agree - download the file using FTP and then open it with something like Notepad. If it has changed, then it could be the cPanel HTML editor causing the change. Use Notepad to create a new file then upload it with FTP and see whether it still changes.

Do you get a response from a ping to 69.162.115.244 and can you telnet that IP on port 80? If both these work it has to be a DNS issue...?

Chopin does not respond to Telnet on port 25 so SMTP mail is not working at present. Stoli does respond on ports 25 and 110 so mail is probably working on Stoli if this helps.

The domain name is not recognised by OpenDNS so the first thing to check is whether you have the nameservers for the domain set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. Edit: Yes, they are set correctly so you will need an admin to look at this.
