Would it be much simpler for me to get my account deleted and to create a new one ?

My site has been inaccessible for weeks now (NO http). How do I know for certain that it's been moved to the new location ? Please help!

My site has been down more than a day. I can FTP into my site. I cannot log into the cPanel, and when accessing my site from the browser, I got a lot of MySQL error messages.

My site is on the CHOPIN server. I understand that the server's upgrade is completed. Yet, I cannot FTP and open cPanel. When I access my site, nothing but a bunch of MySQL error messages got shown. My site has been down for more than 12 hours. Should I wait some more ?

I use subDreamer and vBulletin scripts. Perhaps it's vBulletin's script that causes this error when I had the option "Verifying user's email address" checked ?
