Sorry I cannot help you as a lot of us are in the same boat with ftp problems however I must say they if I were making money off my website I would not be hosting it on a free host service. You are never going to get the level of service and support that you would using a paid hosting service...

Okay I have moved my website over to another free hosting service till this latest outage is corrected. I will check back periodically to see if the ftp service has been restored and then I will restore my ftp settings to once again point to my X10 account.
