I received an email saying my account was unsuspended but when I try to access the control panel it says I'm still suspended.

I received an email saying my account was suspended and found it was due to abuse. Don't know why because I haven't done anything to my sites in quite a while. Could someone please elaborate?

Go to you X10 control panel and click the access CPanel button from there and see if it works.

You are correct, but it was put on CPanel by x10 and in my case, because I enabled it through CPanel the settings were controlled by x10 and not Cloudfare so when Cloudfare went missing on CPanel I could not change anything. I opened two support tickets and they were closed with no response...

I have to take exception with this answer also. I opened two support tickets AFTER issues with my server had been supposedly fixed. Never got any response and both were closed. Only after I mentioned Cloudfare being missing from CPanel in the feedback forum did it get mentioned on the service...

Corey, what folder are you speaking of? This happens to me also when I just try to go to one of my sites, therudens.com. This happened in my case after chopin was redone. My other site wont come up either saying it has a dns issue through cloudfare. Cloudfare is no longer on cPanel.

There is no place to disable cloudfare on their website. It refers me back to x10.

I for one enjoyed reading the support forums because I learned a lot as someone who had never created a website. I also enjoyed reading Livewire's replies to the TOS violations. Don't get me wrong, X10 provides a great service and I'll go along with what ever is put forth.
