I've just tried uploading a file larger than 2MB & it refused as soon as the 2MB limit was reached.
If this is a new limit, what was it before?
What size do people need it to be? FTP does have no limit.
The cPanel file uploading takes more server resources than say FTP so we limited it somewhat to prevent people from uploading huge files.

I have raised the maximum file size to 8MB. Anything larger will have to be done over FTP.
