403 Forbidden error

Every time I go to edit a style in PHPBB, I get this error

I know for a fact it should be working, I've never had this problem up until today, just in case it was a config.php messup, I double checked and nothing has changed, everything is entered right.

Anyone know what's up with this?

Is this issue affecting a single particular style or all of them?

As of right now, it's affecting all of the styles. The specific thing I'm trying to edit is the overall footer, which is where I have some javascript for a chatbox (Nothing much), and right now, I have it in the footer as an HTML comment, which I can't undo.
