Periodically, there is 500 Internal Server Error. ALL permission set to 755 for folder and 644 for file. and loading become very slow. Site http://fosk-ffkr.if.ua/

If it had been file permissions, it would not come and go, so that is surely not the problem.
We did a bit upgrading and tweaking on the web servers, are you still experiencing any issues with this? I clicked around your site a bit and everything seemed to run smoothly.
