Yes, The account creation takes time.

It is not uncommon, especially if there's many signing up around the same time.

Have you been able to confirm your e-mail address? Accounts are not created until e-mail is confirmed.

Some updation process is going on in the backend.So no other option than to wait to get everything in the right track

We are just community supporters.The account signup process and user mangements are done completely by admins and account managers. We cant do anything

When I signed up, it took a whole day. Just be patient. You've been placed in a line of other users to get the accounts created. Wait for your turn.
