Account deleted need help!

My account has been deleted for inactivity. Not suspended, deleted. Are my files still accessible? How do I reopen the account? Thanks. '

Your account was terminated in April, after being suspended for inactivity for 21 days.

As per our Terms of Service, all backups are the responsibility of the customer, and as such, the data is gone.

when a account is "terminated" by the "system" - ALL files (scripts and data) are deleted and the account is removed from the server - no backup is made

Please delete my email from your database so I can recreate my free account using that same email. I am unable to recreate my account. Thanks.

Hi theguerr,

You should be able to recreate your account using the same email address regardless. When you attempt to login, you should see a message explaining your account is terminated, followed by an option to re-sign-up for a new account.
