Account support - Account blocked.

My account has been blocked, and i cant access my Account Panel to find out why,

Please can this be checkd?

I get the above messege when trying to access my website?

The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.

I get this error when trying to see why i have been blocked.

I found the cPanel account dfleetwo, it is linked with the forum account dfleetwood

You need to use that forum account when logging into account panel. The fact that you are currently on another forum account is most likely why you are suspended, as the reason is inactivity. In other words not logging into the forums for two weeks (using the linked forum account is the only way to make the visits you do count).

You can unsuspend yourself at http://x10hosting.com/panel.php, using dfleetwood as your username

Thanks for getting back to me, please can you delete ddanfleetwood and keep dfleetwood, I have forgotten my password and cant reset it because it gives my ddanfleetwood instead of dfleetwood
