My account was suspended for Warez/hack but I did not have any on my site, rather a bot that does automated searches. NOT a hack!

Anyways, I tried to open a support ticket and it keeps taking me to a blank page that says "No input file specified."

I don't know what to do so I'm posting here. :dunno:

On his blog there were links to downloads of copyrighted material plus a file that could be considered a hack for swagbucks.

TOS said:
Warez: Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... This also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Really?

You didn't have links to them?

Cause it's the funniest thing. I went and checked this last night. I found them quite easily contained on your account. I reported it. Another user found the Warcraft guide and reported it as well. LadyAnna reviewed it and found them to be present on your account. And then your account was permanently suspended.

Hard to believe that I found them, another advocate found them, AND LadyAnna found them if they weren't on your account.

EDIT: Normally I'd just escalate for staff to review it, however I fail to see the point. Three separate users found it and staff manually reviewed this one. What's there to dispute when we already confirmed that they were linked, if not on the account itself, on three separate occasions?

So blogs about World of Warcraft are against the rules??? The WoW leveling guide I provided was not copyrighted material it was written by a friend of mine and the so called "hack" that was on my blog was a bot to help people search the web easier. And another thing, they weren't even hosted on my account like you say, rather a link to a perfectly legal download off-site.

I have not posted ANY copyrighted material or warez/hacks on my blog. So yeah, it is pretty hard to believe you found them.

Yeah, sorry...there is no way out of this, especially when you link to a "World of Warcraft Alliance Leveling Guide 1-80" and say that it usually costs $20 but you are giving it away for free. That is what is known as warez.

Another user was the one reporting the guide as warez, I reported the swagbucks autoclicker as hack/warez. But, since you seem to be missing part of the TOS, we'll be nice and requote it:

Warez: Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc... This also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

If they were linked on your blog, you're responsible for them. In any case, we'll re-escalate this and another staff member can review it and pass their judgment. My thoughts are that it will likely stand - as already stated, this was manually reviewed by a staff member and found to be in violation of the TOS and suspended manually - it wasn't an automatic script-detected one.
