That is not a "account username"

IF you can get into cPanel!

on cPanel's (not x10hosting Basic) main page - left side under [ Stats ]
--> Home Directory /home/ (account username is here)

also right side under [ Files ]
[ FTP Accounts ] --> [ Configure FTP Client ] - you will see your account username
